Terms of service

1. Service and account

NEMUVI provides recipes, nutrition calculations, meal planning and personal food records. Provide accurate account details and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Lifetime access

Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: there are no automatic renewals. It grants ongoing access to the Lifetime features described at checkout, without a recurring fee. Premium and new AI features are planned for future updates and are not included in the current Lifetime purchase unless expressly stated.

3. Payment and delivery

One-time website payments are available through Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, each acting as merchant of record for its transaction. Telegram purchases use Telegram Stars. Available methods, the final amount, currency and taxes are shown before confirmation. Lifetime has no automatic renewals. Access is activated after server confirmation and linked to the NEMUVI account. Find your order number in Settings → Account details → My orders and include it and the payment method when contacting support. The provider receipt may also contain its own order number.

4. Permitted use

You may use NEMUVI content for your personal use. Do not resell or redistribute the recipe library, share paid access, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted for proven abuse, with an opportunity to contact support. This does not remove mandatory consumer remedies.

5. Nutrition information

Calculations and recipe nutrition values are estimates for general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check ingredients and allergens yourself. For individual medical or dietary needs, consult a qualified professional.

6. Support and consumer rights

Report access problems, defects or complaints to support@nemuvi.com. Refunds and withdrawal requests are described in the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for digital content or services that do not conform to the contract.

7. Changes

The service may receive maintenance and updates. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or account email. Changes do not retrospectively remove purchased rights or mandatory consumer protections. The operator’s details are provided below.
